UMass Boston’s Asian American Studies Program combines culturally responsive classroom instruction with mentoring, community-building, service-learning, and advocacy. It addresses the critical capacity-building needs of local Asian American communities.
The EECIS major is designed for individuals who intend to work with children (birth through age 8) and their families in a wide variety of settings. It is also for practitioners who are currently working in the field.
UMass Boston's Sport Leadership and Administration Program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to be effective, transformative, and equity-minded leaders of social change through sport.
Our 18-credit hour undergraduate education minor provides students with information about teaching and learning in urban contexts and prepares them for licensure options.
